Woo-ee! What an adventure the past couple months have been. My rent was going to go up another $300 per month (!!!!) which is absurd so I had to rush and find a more reasonable place. I found one that was much less per month and had numerous amenities the original place didn’t. Clearly this was all a win-win situation. However, the process of unexpectedly needing to look for a place before the lease ran out, packing up, finding affordable movers, and unpacking were all quite stressful, especially considering the overlap of rents and moving costs.
I made it happen, all’s well. I rewarded myself with a couple vintage outfits. 🙂
